Every effort has been made to represent our beautiful jewellery accurately but due to the natural qualities of the materials used, some variations in colour or shape may occur. Unfortunately Hermione Jewellery cannot accept responsibility for any variations in the appearance of colour/hue of the jewellery due to the computer equipment or software used by our customers.
Sizing
Every effort has been made to measure our jewellery accurately in centimetres. We would advise that you check the stated size against your own preferences using the following advice and approximate sizing guide. To measure your personal jewellery size, use a length of string to adjust upon your neck or wrist to the preferred length. Using a tape measure, calculate the length of string in centimetres for guidance when comparing the stated size of the piece.
Prices and Payment
All prices are in Pounds Sterling. We accept most major credit and debit cards through our secure payment server and/or Paypal. No credit card details are stored on our database.
Delivery, Postage and Packing
All pieces are handcrafted to order and take 4-8 weeks delivery. Efforts are made to ensure you recieve your items well before your wedding date or special occassion, providing you have supplied Hermione Jewellery with such information. Items are gift wrapped in beautiful Hermione Jewellery packaging and sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, insured up to the value of £500.
If your timings require a rush order (delivered within 3 weeks) this is usually available upon request and subject to a reasonable surcharge. Please contact Hermione directly for further information and she will make every effort to accommodate you.
Refund/Cancellation terms
Hermione Jewellery aims to exceed your expections, however, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase (with no bespoke alterations), you are entitled to a full refund. Refunds are given at our discretion, provided that the item is returned in its original condition within 7 days of receipt and prior to your wedding date. This return must be previously arranged with us, either by telephone or email, in order for it to be valid. We regret that bespoke items are non-refundable. This does not affect you Statutory Rights.
